In dem ATP- Kurs\nerfahren sie, wie leicht es ist, allt\u00e4gliche T\u00e4tigkeiten als\nTrainingsm\u00f6glichkeit zu nutzen, \u00fcberall und zu jeder Zeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Immer Donnerstags f\u00fcr eine Stunde ab 16 Uhr, \u00fcber einen Zeitraum von 12 Wochen, gibt er ihnen beim SV Eintracht Gransee Tipps, wie sie ihre Gesundheit tagt\u00e4glich mit wenigen \u00c4nderungen und einer moderaten Steigerung ihrer Alltagsbewegungen verbessern und f\u00f6rdern. Es geht beim ATP nicht darum, Alltagssituationen zu erleichtern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vielmehr\nlernen die Sportsfreunde, die k\u00f6rperliche Aktivit\u00e4t bewusst zu\nerh\u00f6hen. Bestimmte Gegenst\u00e4nde und Alltagssituationen sollen durch\ndas ATP zu mehr Aktivit\u00e4t motivieren.
